Prague will host prominent business ladies from Worldwide Association of Women Entrepreneurs - FCEM
In the frame of the international conference also the Czech association, ČMAPM,
will celebrate the 20th anniversary of operating in the Czech Republic
FCEM (Femmes Chefs d‘Entreprises Mondiales) World Committee meeting will take place from April 6th to 8th, 2016 in Prague. There were given the auspices from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The ministers of individual ministries have already promised their attendance in the program.
The worldwide organization of FCEM, which was established by Yvonne Edmond Foinant (FCEM have been awarding the prize of Yvonne Edmond Foinant) in 1945 at the end of the 2nd World War in France, unitizes women entrepreneurs and managers from all over the world – from 5 different continents, 120 countries with 5 million members. The president of FCEM is currently Mrs. Laura Frati Gucci. Prominent women entrepreneurs and managers, company owners from more than 30 countries, including Mrs. Gucci, are coming to Prague to participate in the FCEM World Committee. The Czech and Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers (ČMAPM) with its president Mrs. Olga Girstlova, were given the prestigious opportunity to organize such an event in April 2016, in Prague.
Main goals of Prague’s FCEM meeting:
1. The presentation of the Czech Republic as an interesting destination for business, trade cooperation and investment supported by the Czech Invest, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Czech Trade in regions focused on a support of export activities
2. Networking / B2B (an opportunity of pre-prepared meetings based on requirements of every women entrepreneur; for both ČMAPM members and non ČMAPM members)
3. CZECH DESIGN EXPO – a presentation of top Czech companies, a sales presentation in Corinthia Towers Hotel Prague; the exposition will take place under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and it will be festively opened by its representatives
The conference venue is the Corinthia Hotel Prague, where all major panel discussions, meetings and Czech Design Expo will take place. Each participant gets opportunity to less formal meeting and networking such as possibility to meet Laura Frati Gucci at a cocktail, dinner at Zbiroh Castle or a sightseeing cruise on Vltava River.
The event will be wrapped up by the gala dinner hosted by Lubomír Zaorálek, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and other VIPs.
